Welcome to Bridey! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bridey service (“Service”), operated by Kerri Helf, sole proprietor of Bridey (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Bridey provides custom, Jeopardy-style trivia games for bachelorette parties. You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any game content provided without written permission.
2. User Content
You may submit personal stories, names, and other details (“User Content”) to help generate your custom game. You represent that you have permission to share this information and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
We may use anonymized or aggregated content to improve our services or for promotional purposes.
3. Game Creation
Bridey uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT to assist in creating personalized questions based on the information you provide. You acknowledge that the game content is generated by AI and may reflect or reinterpret the information you submit.
You are responsible for reviewing all game content before sharing or using it.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content provided by Bridey — including templates, designs, and AI-generated questions — remains the property of Bridey.
Your use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

Submitted information is stored in Google Drive and associated tools used to operate the service. Access is restricted to our internal team and used only to fulfill your order.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain submitted information only as long as necessary to complete your order. If you would like your data permanently deleted after delivery, please email us at [email protected].
